We combine experienced high-tech leaders, dedicated investment capital, and professional venture capital managers to execute seed and early-stage investing. CommonAngels is an angel fund investing in early-stage information technology startups predominately in the Boston Area. We are currently investing out of CommonAngels Ventures Fund IV. The investors of CommonAngels are current and former entrepreneurs and senior executives of technology companies. These investors lend knowledge and experience to the companies in which we invest, and support the growth process. Our Fund provides cohesion within CommonAngels, augments and coordinates our investors’ investments, and enables a quicker process for entrepreneurs. The Fund’s investments and returns are driven by our commitment to identifying high-potential investment opportunities and exceptional entrepreneurs and investing in seed and Series A stage companies. Since our founding in 1998, we have invested in over 60 companies and worked with countless startup teams. We have been in your shoes and have experienced many of the issues surrounding high growth technology startups.
