After many years as a partner in a large personal injury law firm, Jim felt he had to make a change. He had a vision of a different way to practice law—a more personal, client-centered approach. He wanted to be able to know his clients and to be personally involved in every case. He wanted to run a law practice where clients could feel comfortable about calling, where every client’s questions would be answered, where calls would be returned, and where the practice of law was about the needs of the client.

In 2001, Jim made his vision a reality by opening his own practice. Unlike the many high volume firms that advertise on TV and billboards and so often depend on quickly settling a large number of cases, rather than working to maximize the recovery for each individual client, Jim is selective of the cases he accepts. Clients are never passed from one person to another. Rather, Jim and his staff work closely with each client and their needs in a relationship based on trust.
