Landgrove Coffee, Inc.

Landgrove Coffee is a small, family run roastery located in Northern Idaho. We are dedicated to providing outstanding coffees for our customers. Owners Hannah and Jon Binninger met while Jon was operating his own coffee shop in Boise. Hannah was working at The Peregrine Fund rearing young falcons for release into the wild. She would come through the drive thru early in the morning on her way back from dropping young birds off at the airport to be shipped to release sites. Jon likes to say that even though the tea was lousy, for some reason Hannah kept coming back. We have been roasting mostly for wholesale customers since 1998. We moved our little Diedrich IR12 roaster around Idaho for a few years until we settled in the hills of Latah county in 2003. Our shop is located near Troy and we have recently added a new cupping facility to make it complete. We feel that we have grown and learned along with the specialty coffee industry for the past 15 years and consider our roasting a continual work in progress. We enjoy the challenge of sourcing the finest beans available, with an emphasis on sustainability. Currently we have the Diedrich roaster as well as a San Franciscan that we use to roast all coffee to order each week.
