Old Rock: A love affair between Northern Ontario & coffee. Returning from California, we missed our favorite coffees! Not being able to find even the right beans, we sought the growers directly, where today, many ship their greens (green coffee beans) directly to us. Of course, we carefully roast the greens with a watchful eye. We are your personal Sommelier de caf. A sommelier de caf is a trained and knowledgeable coffee professional who specializes in matching your taste buds with the right coffee for your event, guests, meals, gift recipient, or, just for you.
