Jones Edmunds is a Florida-based consulting firm providing quality, professional services in engineering and environmental sciences. Our expertise in a broad range of disciplines has grown to meet the needs of our clients, ranging from the private sector to government agencies at all levels. A privately held firm, Jones Edmunds was established after two young American engineers, Dr. Richard H. Jones, Ph.D. and Robert C. Edmunds, P.E., met in Germany while viewing wastewater treatment process equipment. They joined forces to found Jones Edmunds in 1974 and since then, have expanded the firm with offices throughout the state. Today, Jones Edmunds consists of more than 140 employees and is nationally ranked by Engineering News-Record among the Top 500 Design firm and Top 200 Environmental firm in the United States. Jones Edmunds is also ranked among the Top 25 design firms in the Southeast U.S. by Southeast Construction. In 1999, Jones Edmunds created our subsidiary firm, JEAces (JEA Construction Engineering Services), to serve the growing needs of Floridas transportation industry. It provides Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to municipal and state clients. JEAces has worked successfully on a wide variety of CEI projectsfrom small enhancement projects to $110 million interchange projects.
