Krsh provides certificate training and internships without charging any fees because it's a nonprofit organization. Internships in Psychology and Mental Health are provided online with flexible timings.

The youth's mental wellness challenges are solved by using a derivative of Solution-Focused Behavioral Therapy and Buddy Pairing.
