Coastal Pacific Construction, Inc. is a California corporation that began operations in 1982 specializing in the Southern California tenant improvement market. Founder Gary Mason brought with him years of experience in many facets of commercial construction. Starting with three employees the company quickly grew to what is now a staff of 29 construction professionals and field personnel. Our in-house team includes planning and design professionals, seasoned project managers, experienced and knowledgeable superintendents and quality trade craftsman. Our projects over the years have included corporate headquarters, commercial offices, medical offices/MRI facilities, technology labs, industrial, manufacturing and retail in both California and Nevada. Our professional alliances include NAIOP, USGBC and Gary Mason holds the designation of LEED AP ID+C, Interior Design and Construction.
