Impact Cleaning Services Ltd. is rooted in history and tradition. Beginning in 1954 as Scot Young Ltd., Ronald Alexander Young began cleaning storefront windows in Toronto for the cut-rate price of 75 cents. During the companyÍs operative time, Scot Young Ltd. eventually became a dominant force in the Toronto cleaning market, providing top level customer service to go along with their quality cleaning for the best value.
