Located on St. AnneÕs Road, KDR Homes has been in business for sixteen years. President Diego Vassallo uses his wealth of knowledge and his twenty-seven years of experience in construction to turn his clients visions into reality. KDR takes a hands-on approach to every project that we are involved in. We understand the importance of knowing exactly what our clients needs, vision, and budget are before proceeding with any construction project, regardless of its size. DRÕs goal is to set out to challenge customary practices and to re-examine the relationships between building contractors and owners, developers, architects, and engineers. With an emphasis on a collaborative approach to early involvement, we will streamline communication processes, anticipate and solve problems before they crop up and identify long-term and short-term customer objectives for each project. We will establish aggressive schedules to meet those objectives and commit the resources in manpower and expertise to deliver on promises with no excuses!
