IST specializes in design, manufacture and installation of Once Through Steam Generators (OTSGs) for Power Generation and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Applications. The Power Generation OTSG provides a simpler, smaller, and more efficient alternative to drum-type HRSGs. IST has become a market leader in the 10 to 100 megawatt size range gas turbine with installations in 19 countries around the world. At IST we found a better way! Our SQ90È Enhanced Oil Recovery OTSG guarantees 90% steam quality, better than the norm at 75-80%. The SQ90È reduces operating costs and environmental impact. Quality is a very important part of the production at IST. ISTês goal is to ensure that our customers are supplied with products that have very high quality materials, manufacturing and design. IST has a working Quality Program meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 _ 2008, and conforming to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, as well as authorization to apply the CE stamp to our OTSGs, being installed in the European Union. Some of our steam generators have been supplied in accordance with other boiler codes, as required by our customers world wide. The ISO 9001 Quality Management System, which provides the framework for collecting data, provides the IST Management Team with the ability to continuously modify and improve the way we do business. The desired result is to do it right, the first time, all of the time, on time, and to the customerês satisfaction. We strictly follow the mandate of our Quality Programs and Procedures which oversees Material Control and Traceability, Receiving Inspection, In Process Inspections and Audits of Non-Conforming Products and Vendors.
