Hilary’s Artisan Cheeses

Hilary’s Cheese Company, located in the Cowichan Valley of Vancouver Island, partners with local dairy and goat milk producers to make artisan cheese and dairy products. They measured their baseline inventory using 2010 as their baseline year and are working to reduce these emissions by completely retrofitting their florescent lighting system, installing motion sensor lighting controls and looking into heat exchange pumps to re-use waste heat.
