Renaissance Builders, LLC

Established in 1990. Todd has been building for as long as anybody can remember. He and his brother built their first fort at age 5. He started working in new construction 20 years ago, at age 16, asking a lot of questions, taking notes on the back of his hand and volunteering for every job he could get. By age 19 he was running three crews and in business for himself. During this time he also attended Southwest Missouri University where he pursued a degree in Construction Management. In 1995, yearning to learn more about the art of building, Todd left for Alaska where he worked with his brother building timber frame homes. After roughing it through two Alaska winters, he headed back to Missouri and started Renaissance Builders, focusing on residential and commercial remodels.
